Dr. Tawainga Katsvairo, CEO
Dr Katsvairo is a successful project manager and advisor in renewable energy and emerging markets. He has a proven track record with a range of clients, including start-up business and high asset based publically traded companies. He combines technical expertise with knowledge in financing and a strong command on policy. Dr Katsvairo is well versed in project development and is involved in projects with a portfolio value of over $300 million.
Dr Katsvairo is a technical advisor on emerging markets in Africa and South and Central America. He assist clients on direct market entry and expansion, government regulations, and navigating Africa and Latin America’s complex operating environments. He has excellent skills in working within culturally diverse environments.
Author of over 70 publications, Dr Tawainga Katsvairo earned his M.Sc. from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. from Cornell University.

Mr. David E. "Ted" Hill, Senior Technical Advisor
Ted has had a long and successful career in the recycling, renewable energy and conventional electric power generation industries. He is broadly recognized in the biomass and renewable energy sectors having been active in the industry since the mid 1980’s. Ted is the vice president of Telogia Power LLC and senior technical member of the Gallop Power Greenville, LLC.
Prior to joining Gallop, Mr. Hill headed up CQ Inc’s Biomass & Alternate Energy Group comprising Telogia Power, LLC; Middletown Biodiesel, LLC; New Hope Pellets and CQ Specialty Materials Group, the latter being a biomass fuels aggregation organization. Earlier Ted served as President & CEO of DG Energy Solutions Biomass Division, and was responsible for the oversight management of renewable energy operations in California, Florida and New Hampshire. Ahead of joining DG he was President & CEO of American Ash Recycling, a recognized leader in the treatment and subsequent beneficial reuse of incinerator ash residues.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hill was Chief Operating Officer of KTI, Inc. a fully integrated waste-to-energy, recycling and biomass-to-energy company with 28 businesses in 21 states. Ted also served as President of the company’s Energy Division. Ahead of that, Mr. Hill was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer with National Ecology, Inc. a pioneer in the fields of refuse derived fuels production and fuels processing systems engineering. Ted started his career in the here United States with the General Electric Company where his vision led GE into the design and construction of waste-to-energy and biomass-to-energy facilities. Via his pioneering work in these market arenas, he was the recipient of four Project Development Awards during his employment at GE. Mr. Hill is British educated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
