Rich was the director for two nonprofit organizations to distribute planting and harvesting equipment to developing countries and to promote understanding of crop protection in South America.

Katsvairo is a technical advisor on emerging markets in Africa and South and Central America. He assists clients on direct market entry and expansion, government regulations, and navigating Africa and Latin America’s complex operating environments. He has excellent skills in working within culturally diverse environments.
Author of over 70 publications, Tawainga Katsvairo earned his M.Sc. from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. from Cornell University. Tawainga is also a board member of the Tallahassee Symphony Society.

Rich is involved in the development of projects for large companies in renewable energy, agriculture, aquaculture and retail. He has been part of teams which conducted feasibility studies and sought project financing in the form of both grants and private equity.
Rich has worked as a professor in agriculture with the University of Florida. He is well published with over 300 research and extension papers. Rich holds a Ph.D. from the University of California and a M.S. from the University of Georgia in Crop Protection.
